Initially overwhelmed by the task of developing a website, I had no idea what to expect. websitePlus has been superb. Matt at websitePlus has guided me through the process, which involved translating my ideas into a user friendly framework. Appropriate skills and knowledge to produce excellent results
I engaged Matt at websitePlus in March 2011 to build a new website for me.
I'm an artist and want to publicise my work in the most effective way possible. I did have an existing website with another host and had been disappointed in the way this person managed the site and dealt with problems that inevitably happen.
From the first contact I felt very confident that Matt at websitePlus was the right person for me. He was easy to talk to and unlike many people in the IT business able to communicate clearly what he could do to help me establish a new site. Although I have a little understanding of the Drupal approach to building a site I was very anxious about the whole process and whether I would be able to understand enough to eventually manage my site.
From the beginning Matt listened to what I thought I wanted and added in his own expert ideas and suggestions when appropriate. When I did have moments where I was floundering he was quick to answer my emails or phone calls and to solve my problem without any fuss.
I would highly recommend Matt at websitePlus to anyone considering building a website but especially to someone like me with little or no knowledge of the process. He is very approachable, totally reliable and is able to communicate extremely well.
I am thrilled with the site we have developed between the two of us with Matt leading me and building up my confidence to try out new things. Great website with lots of functionallity and the use of the Drupal makes club organisation so much easier. It took me a while to get with it
It took me a while to get with it and follow your advice but now that I've started to think through a daily blog I'm finding that unique visits to the website are are consistently higher and are viewing various of the posts - it certainly is working to my advantage.
