Interested in thoughts about the small things that can be done to a website that will help to get more visits now

At this time of the year as I talk to people they tell me about the things that they will do (or want to do) to make their websites more interesting in 2012. In any discussion it always comes back to how can I use my website to help my visitors do business with me. There are lots of small things that we can all be doing now. In this post seeking to explore thoughts about the small things that can be done to a website that will help to get more visits.

Make it easy

Whilst doing some user testing recently was reminded that it has to be easy. If it is not easy then the person visiting will go else where for what they are looking for.

Post good quality content. A website is only as good as its content. A website that has quality content is more likely to get read.
