What is Klout and how can a Klout score help
Klout measures influence online. Each person who has signed up for Klout or is connected to someone that has signed up for Klout is given a Klout score.
According to http://klout.com/corp/kscore the Klout Score measures influence based on ability to drive action. Every time you create content or engage you influence others. The Klout Score uses data from social networks in order to measure: how many people you influence, how much you influence them and the influence of your network.
For me the social media analytics Klout score is helpful because overtime it has help guided me to write posts worth sharing and the suggested topics that can help me identify likeminded people worth following.
Do you use Klout and do you find the Klout score helpful?

Social networking signals
All good social networking signals ... Klout says it actively measures five networks: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Foursquare and Google. It measures the following, as well a few other things: Twitter repeats and mentions, Facebook comments, wall posts & likes, Google+ comments, reshares & +1s, LinkedIn Comments & Likes and Foursquare tips.
