When writing website content these couple of tips can help:
- Don't make your content all about you (e.g. we do this and we do that), but say how things can benefit the person visiting. Don't forget the person visiting is interested in "what is in it for me".
- Use lists. Put user benefits in bullet points.
- Get to the point. People are in a hurry and want information fast. Put important service or product information on the front page.
- And always make sure your website looks fresh, inviting and is up-to-date.
