Connecting to a Drupal website with Facebook connect
Facebook Connect or fbConnect enables people visiting a Drupal website to create an account using their Facebook details. Once the account has been created they can then login into the Drupal website with their Facebook login details. Whilst person is logged into the Drupal website they can then invite their Facebook friends to join Drupal website. The invite shows up in Facebook as a request.
We like this module becuase it encourages building solical networks. People are more likely to visit or try something if recommended by their friends.

Performance on page load times
Have turned off fbconnect contributed module on websiteplus.com.au due to experience with slowed page load times. Appears that module is called for all pages regardless of if it is been used. As soon as I get the chance will revisit to see if can help to speed it up.
