If your Drupal website does not appear to be doing what it should then consider clearing the cache
What can happen when you are making changes and adding new content is that for a period of time after making change your website will show visitors the cached version of a page.
Drupal uses a cache to help deliver pages quickly to people visiting.
If you have made a change and things do not appear to be working then clear the cache and see if that fixes the issue.
