One of my most important blogging and social media tools is a $2 notebook

I don't know about you but some of my best ideas come when I am shopping, walking the dog, doing the gardening, driving the car or watching the kids play sport. What I have found is that good ideas tend to come when I am doing something else totally unrelated to what the idea is about. The issue that I often have is that I can not remember these good ideas when I get back to my desktop.

To solve this issue of not remembering good ideas I use an inexpensive notebook that fits in my pocket. As I have a good idea I write it down.
