Recently asked an unsubscriber why they unsubscribed and their feedback was awesome and very helpful - in a summary they said that newsletter was not engaging enough. What a good reminder to always be engaging.
We are all going to have unsubscribers, so best to have a process in-place to learn how you can be doing email marketing better.
